The Spokane Valley franchise of Other Mothers Inc., an Albuquerque, N.M.-based concern that sells new and used women's, children's, and maternity clothes and children's furniture, has leased 3,300 square feet of space at 2727 S. Mount Vernon for a second outlet here. Michael Mathis and Ron Horton, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction. The franchisee's other outlet here is at 12609 E. Sprague. Another franchisee operates an Other Mothers outlet at 10208 N. Division.



Pro Recycle LLC, of Newman Lake, has bought 7 acres of land at 501 N. Haven for a construction materials recycling center. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Scott Person and Earl Engle, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Designers Viewpoint LLC, a Spokane interior design and home-staging business, has leased 4,600 square feet of space at 3029 E. Boone and has moved there from smaller quarters at 15310 N. Tormey Road. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Wendy Shiley, of Windermere/Valley Inc., handled the lease.



Appleway Building LLC, of Kirkland, Wash., has bought a 17,100-square-foot medical office building at 22910 E. Appleway, in Liberty Lake, as an investment. Jeff Ottmar, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the transaction.



Hazelnut LLC, of Spokane, has bought a 2,000-square-foot building at 160 S. Maple as an investment. Matthew J. Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the transaction.



Hazelnut LLC also has bought a 10,000-square-foot lot at 223 E. Sprague and plans to develop it as a parking lot. Maria Walker, of Century 21 Beutler & Associates, and Matthew J. Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the transaction.



Abigail Lench, a Spokane chiropractor, has leased 1,500 square feet of floor space in the Mead Plaza, at 101 E. Hastings, and has opened a new practice there. Jon Whipple, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, and John Leland, of Re/Max Inland Empire, handled the transaction.



Qmetro Inc., an online classified advertising service, has leased 3,100 square feet of office space in the Washington Mutual Financial Center, at 601 W. Main. Michael Mathis and Gordon Hester, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.
