Portland Ore.-based Starplex Corp., doing business here as Starplex/Crowd Management Security, has leased 3,600 square feet of office space at 907 W. Sharpe and has moved its Spokane office there from smaller quarters at 720 W. Mallon. Mark McLees and Don Jamieson, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



New Heights Church has leased 1,400 square feet of space at 1715 N. Atlantic and has moved its office there from larger quarters at 708 W. Nora. New Heights will continue to hold church services at the Nora location through the summer. Michael Mathis, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Ryan Lindberg Photography, a professional photography business, has leased 1,200 square feet of floor space in the Vista Industrial Park, at 111 N. Vista Road, and has moved there from a similarly sized space at 227 W. Riverside. Tracy Lucas, Mark Lucas, and Tracy Poff, all of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the lease.



Billings, Mont.-based CTA Inc., doing business in Sandpoint, Idaho, as CTA Architects Engineers, has leased 1,400 square feet of office space at 414 Church St. there and plans to move into the location in August from smaller quarters at 334 N. First Ave. Chris Bell and Carlo Jensen, both of NAI Black, handled the lease.



Idaho Youth Ranch-North Idaho, a Boise-based residential treatment organization that operates Anchor House, in Coeur d'Alene, has leased 6,800 square feet of retail space at 317 E. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, and plans to open its second North Idaho thrift store there in August. The other outlet is located at 845 N. Fourth, in Coeur d'Alene. Chris Bell and Chris Siemens, both of NAI Black, and Trevor Young, of Century 21 Beutler & Associates, handled the lease.
