Intermountain Fabricators Inc., a Spokane Valley metal fabricator, has bought a 12,000-square-foot parcel at 2206 N. Fancher, west of its current location at 6014 E. Knox, for potential future expansion. Anne Betow, of NAI Black, and Sam Morse, of Cantu Commercial Properties LLC, handled the transaction.



Hazelnut LLC, of Spokane, has bought a 10,000-square-foot parcel at 223 E. Sprague for a planned parking lot. Matthew J. Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, and Maria Walker, of Century 21 Beutler & Associates Inc., handled the transaction.



Locker Room Inc., which operates a Post Falls, beauty salon under the name The Locker Room, has leased 1,800 square feet of floor space at 6055 Government Way, in Coeur d'Alene, and has opened a second branch there. Its original outlet is at 900 N. state Route 41. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



D.B. Nails, a new Spokane Valley nail salon, has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in Argonne Village, at 9211 E. Montgomery. Randy Jassman and Carlos Herrera, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



SL Start, a Spokane housing-placement and employment-training service for disadvantaged people, has leased 1,500 square feet of additional space at 25 W. Nora to increase its total space there to about 12,000 square feet. James S. Black III, of NAI Black, handled the lease.
