BHW1 LLC, a Spokane advertising agency, has leased 4,500 square feet of floor space in the Fidelity Building, at 522 W. Riverside, and has moved there from 19 W. Pacific. Earl Engle, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



KMS Inc., doing business as Chucky's Auto Sales, a Spokane auto, off-road vehicle dealer, has leased 1,000 square feet of floor space at 4006 N. Division. Earl Engle, of NAI Black, handled the lease.



Ronald Maxey, doing business as Sunset Grocery, has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space for a convenience store at 1908 W. Sunset Blvd., a former Curves for Women location. Joe Ward and Raleigh Johnston, both of Pinnacle Realty Inc., handled the transaction.



Wan Ying Eng, doing business as Fu Gui Garden, in Spokane Valley, has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space for a restaurant at 14720 E. Sprague. Joe Ward and Raleigh Johnston, both of Pinnacle Realty Inc., handled the transaction.



Interior Solutions Inc., a Spokane-based commercial furniture retailer, has leased 5,300 square feet of warehouse space at 3127 E. Liberty. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Shekina II LLC, of Spokane, has bought a 17,100-square-foot medical office building at 22910 E. Appleway, in Liberty Lake, as an investment. Jeff Ottmar, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the transaction.



Fast Trac Performance LLC, doing business as CrossFit FTP, of Spokane, has leased 4,800 square feet of floor space at 103 E. Lincoln for a second fitness center. Its other outlet is at 14210 E. Sprague. Randy Jassman, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Pipeline Industries LLC, a Denver, Colo.-based water and sewer utility construction contractor, has leased 6,800 square feet of floor space at 110 N. Post for a new branch. Carl Guenzel and Erik Nelson, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Hung V. Doan and Van T. Doan have leased 2,600 square feet of floor space at 6321 N. Nevada for a new auto repair shop. Joe Ward and Raleigh Johnston, both of Pinnacle Realty Inc., handled the transaction.
