Thierman, where it plans to consolidate its Spokane Valley manufacturing center and its Spokane sales office, which are located at 6206 E. Trent and 4006 N. Division, respectively. Earl Engle, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Valleyway and has moved its Spokane Valley office there from smaller quarters at 16608 E. Sprague.
