Leon Lu and Luc Tran, doing business as All Shiny Nails, at 2524 E. 29th in the Lincoln Heights shopping district, have leased 1,200 square feet of adjacent floor space where their shop has expanded. James Black and Chris Bell, both of NAI Black, and Erik Nelson and Carl Guenzel, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Denver-based Tuff Shed Inc., a maker of portable buildings and storage structures, has leased 16,000 square feet of floor space at 415 N. Thierman, where it plans to consolidate its Spokane Valley manufacturing center and its Spokane sales office, which are located at 6206 E. Trent and 4006 N. Division, respectively. Earl Engle, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Moses Lake, Wash.-based Basin Insurance Associates Inc. has leased 1,500 square feet of office space at 15413 E. Valleyway and has moved its Spokane Valley office there from smaller quarters at 16608 E. Sprague. Marc Mowrer, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Dayna Chisum, of Windermere Real Estate/Valley Inc., handled the transaction.



Clinical psychologist Sean Smitham, owner of Middle-Way Behavioral Health & Family Services, has leased 813 square feet of office space on the sixth floor of the Fernwell Building, at 505 W. Riverside, and has moved the practice there from smaller quarters in the Paulsen Center, at 421 W. Riverside. Jon Jeffreys and Mark McLees, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Salem Arms, a Spokane nonprofit, has bought the nine-unit Elmhurst Apartments building, at 711 S. Elm, and plans to provide housing there for chronically mentally ill tenants. Matthew Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Management LLC, and Chris Bell, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Guardian Angel Child Care Center, a new Spokane Valley day-care business, has leased a single-story building at 9102 E. Columbia. Chris Siemens, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Axel Raven Co., a Spokane firearms dealer, has leased 1,500 square feet of floor space at a retail center at 2103 N. Division and plans to move there from a smaller space at 4107 N. Division. Marshall Clark, of Clark Pacific Real Estate Co., handled the lease.



Smokable Accessories, a new tobacco and tobacco-related products retailer, has leased 1,500 square feet of floor space at 2103 N. Division. Marshall Clark, of Clark Pacific Real Estate Co., handled the lease.
