Havenwood Caregiver Services, a Spokane elder-care company, has leased 3,400 square feet of office space at 2713 E. Sprague and plans to move there in February from smaller quarters at 907 W. Sharpe. Carlos Herrera, Kevin Edwards, and Mark McLees, all of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

American Drilling Corp., a new Spokane Valley business, has leased 4,900 square feet of industrial space at 2621 N. Felts Lane. Mark McLees, Don Jamieson, and Jon Luciani, all of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Independent Lending Corp., a Spokane mortgage brokerage, has leased 850 square feet of floor space on the third floor of the One Rock Pointe Building, at 1212 N. Washington, in the Rock Pointe Corporate Center and has moved there from 1510 N. Argonne. Marc Mowrer, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Tim Redfern, of Prium Commercial Properties LLC, handled the transaction.

Spectrum Home Services of Washington Inc., a new Spokane Valley franchise operation of a Sandy, Utah-based provider of homemaking, handyman, and personal-care services, has leased 3,200 square feet of floor space at 423 E. Cleveland. Jim Orcutt, Carlos Herrera, and Mark McLees, all of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

MRS Metal Roofing & Siding Supply Inc., of Mead, doing business as MRS Metal Rollforming Systems, has bought an 11,500-square-foot building at 4520 N. Ferrall, where it plans to move from smaller quarters at 13906 N. Newport Highway. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.

SuperValu Inc., an Eden Prairie, Minn.-based grocery distributor, has leased 2,300 square feet of floor space in the Boulder Creek shopping center, at 505 N. Argonne, and has moved its Spokane Valley offices there from 11016 E. Montgomery. Marc Mowrer and Mike Livingston, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Vic Overholser, of SDS Realty Inc., handled the transaction.

Seattle-based Diamond Parking Services LLC has bought an 18,183-square-foot parking lot at 121 S. Monroe for $1.23 million. Sean Logon and Shaun Meeds, both of Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate, handled the transaction.

Precision Electrical Systems Inc., a Spokane Valley electrical contractor, has leased 2,450 square feet of floor pace at 2205 N. Woodruff and has moved there from smaller quarters at 2307 S. Steen. Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.

Walnut Court LLC, of Spokane Valley, has bought Walnut Ridge Apartments, at 111 N. Walnut, as an investment. Mitch Swenson, of NAI Black, and Kevin Russell, of Tomlinson Valley, handled the transaction.

Icon Corp., a Spokane Valley roofing, siding, and sheet-metal contractor, has leased 6,000 square feet of warehouse space for storage at 3410 N. Eden. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.
