Spokane

Randy's Tire Shop LLC, a Spokane-based automotive repair company, has purchased for $590,000 a 3,000-square-foot industrial building on about 1 acre of land at 2202 E. Euclid, in Spokane, where the company plans to open a new store in September. Mark C. McLees and Don Jamieson, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Gossy Barre LLC, which does business as Barre3 Spokane U-District, has leased 2,200 square feet of retail space at the Riverwalk Plaza, at 1007 E. Trent, where the company is moving from studio space at 1 E. Main, in Spokane. Mark C. McLees, of NAI Black, represented the landlord in the transaction. Ryan Towner and Sage Caldwell, both of LT Real Estate LLC, represented the tenant.

North Idaho

Trax Brax LLC, an Otis Orchards-based manufacturer of brackets and conversion kit systems for snow tracks on utility task vehicles, has leased a 7,500-square-foot office and warehouse space at 3680 W. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, where the company is moving from a home-based business to open a new shop. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Hellbender Customs LLC, a Post Falls-based aluminum metal fabrication company, has leased a 2,700-square-foot commercial warehouse building at 166 W. Lions Way, in Hayden, for the company's first location. Craig Hunter, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
