Geowest Drilling Inc., of Spokane, has leased a 5,600-square-foot warehouse building on a 1-acre lot at 4602 S. Ben Franklin Lane, in west Spokane, where the company is expanding. Marc Mowrer, of Leavitt Capital Cos. LLC, handled the transaction.

Liberty Lake

Phoenix, Arizona-based Entregar Seattle LLC, a real estate management company, has purchased 11.3 acres of vacant land at 21602 E. George Gee, in Liberty Lake, for $5.6 million. Erik Nelson, Craig Soehren, and Danny Patterson, all of Kiemle Hagood, represented the seller.
