Spokane

The Blue Door Theatre, an improvisation and performing arts organization, has leased the 7,000-square-foot Benewah Milk Bottle building, at 319 and 321 S. Cedar, in downtown Spokane, where the Spokane-based nonprofit has moved from a 2,500-square-foot retail space at 815 W. Garland. Jay Carson, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Burbank Interiors LLC has leased a 2,500-square-foot office and retail space in a multitenant building at 2512 E. Sprague, in the East Central neighborhood, where the Spokane-based interior design studio has moved from a showroom in downtown Spokane to a smaller, more secure location. Tim Kestell, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

United Rentals Realty LLC, a subsidiary of Stamford, Connecticut-based equipment rental company United Rentals Inc., has leased 4,800 square feet of office space on the third floor of the former Global Credit Union headquarters building, at 1520 W. Third in downtown Spokane. Richard Fox, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Environmental services company Crystal Clean has leased a 7,700-square-foot industrial warehouse at 3605 and 3623 E. Rowan, in North Spokane, for a new location for the Hoffman Estates, Illinois-based company. Tim Kestell and Carl Guenzel, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction. 

North Idaho

Kitty Gs LLC, which does business as Kitty G's Fine Meat & Cheese, has leased a 1,000-square-foot retail space at Milltown Center, at 306 N. Spokane, in Post Falls. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

The House of Pumps CDA Inc. has leased a 7,000-square-foot retail space at Bear Paw Plaza, at 600 W. Kathleen in Coeur d'Alene, where the exercise and fitness company will open a second fitness center. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Spokane Valley

New Cingular Wireless PCS LLC, which does business as AT&T Mobility, has leased 1,400 square feet of retail space at the Argonne Village retail center, at 9211 E. Montgomery, in Spokane Valley, where the telecommunications company has opened a new retail location. Colin Conway, of Kiemle Hagood, and Eric Zuehlsdorff, of Real Retail, handled the transaction.

The Bogey Room LLC, of Sandpoint, Idaho, has leased a 1,600-square-foot retail space in a multitenant building at 121 S. Sullivan Road, in Spokane Valley, where the members-only indoor golf lounge is expanding with a second location, expected to open by March. Jay Carson, of Kiemle Hagood, and Drew Ulrick, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Liberty Lake

Seattle-based holding company Findlay Holdings LLC has purchased 15 acres of vacant land, at 22654 E. Knox, in Liberty Lake, for $6.5 million. Tim Kestell, Mark Lucas, and Tracy Lucas, all of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
