Single-family homes sold in the first two months of the year in Kootenai County totaled 318 units, up over 31% compared with sales in the year-earlier period, according to the latest data released by Coeur d’Alene Regional Realtors.
The median home price in February was $549,600, up nearly 10% compared with the median price in February 2024, the association's Multiple Listing Service data shows.
Available inventory at month-end totaled 736 units, up over 12% compared with the year-earlier date.
Homes sold in February were on the market an average of 112 days, down 1.8% compared with the year-earlier month, according to the MLS data.
