The Spokane Valley Event Center, located at 10514 E. Sprague, has been rebranded to The Venue by Red Rock Events.
The name change follows an extensive remodel project at the 11,000-square-foot facility, a press release from Red Rock Catering & Events states.
New features at The Venue include enhanced audio-visual technology, programmable lighting, updated staging, a dedicated dance floor, and modernized interiors designed for both social and corporate gatherings.
Bob Adolfson, owner of Red Rock Catering & Events, says in the release, “The upgrades give us the ability to host a wider variety of events in a fresh, versatile space.”
Red Rock Catering & Events previously went by Glover Mansion Events LLC, but Adolfson changed the name after selling the company’s namesake, the historic Glover Mansion, earlier this year.
Red Rock Catering & Events’ also owns and operates the Chateau Rive venue, located in the Flour Mill building at 621 W. Mallon, in Spokane’s North Bank neighborhood.
Red Rock Catering & Events also is the exclusive caterer for three Riverfront Park venues: Gesa Credit Union Pavilion, Numerica Skate Ribbon, and Looff Carousel.
