
Two commercial office projects, including one therapy clinic and a two-unit office building, are in the works in Spokane Valley.
Building permit application information shows the Liberty Lake Family Therapy Clinic will be built at 18621 E. Alki, in Spokane Valley. According to Spokane County assessor’s records, the medical office building will be constructed on a site previously occupied by a single-family home.
The one-story, 3,800-square-foot-project is valued at $1.1 million.
Meridian Construction Inc., of Spokane Valley, is listed as the contractor. DeRIVE Architecture LLC, also of Spokane Valley, is designing the project. Carmen Green LLC is the owner of the project. Green declines to comment.
Elsewhere in the Valley, a two-suite commercial building project, to be called 512 Evergreen Professional Building, is slated to be built on 512 N. Evergreen in Spokane Valley, according to the building permit information on file with the Spokane Valley.
Construction of the office building will include a finished 4,230-square-foot suite and a 2,600-square-foot unfinished unit. The project is valued at $1.3 million.
The contractor on the project is Spokane Valley-based Silvey Construction Inc., and the architect is Herath & Associates, also of Spokane Valley. Evergreen & Valleyway LLC is listed as the owner. Representatives couldn't be reached for comment.
