Fall Festival of Homes to begin Sept. 26

SHBA event to feature 23 Spokane County homes over two weekends

September 25, 2025
Emily Botter-Hanson

Spokane Home Builders Association’s 21st annual Fall Festival of Homes is scheduled for two upcoming weekends. The event will run from Friday, Sept. 26 through Sunday, Sept. 28, and Oct. 3 through Oct. 5.

This year, the festival will present 23 residences constructed by 15 builders, says Joel White, executive officer of SHBA. Home tours are available in Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, North Spokane, Deer Park, and south Spokane.

Home prices range from $349,000 to $2.6 million. Featured home styles include traditional and modern designs, a cottage, an insulated concrete form home, and a single-family residence with an independent suite. All residences are constructed to high energy-efficiency standards, each with differing architectural flair and interior design, White says.

Homesites will be available for festival visitors on Sept. 26 in print and online.

SHBA will begin the festival with a Kickoff Night at the Spokane Valley Event Center, at 10514 E. Sprague, on Thursday, Sept. 25, 5:30-7:30 p.m. Kickoff Night will celebrate homebuilders and other industry partners.

SHBA members, homebuilders, and their guests may register for the event to network with fellow attendees. Award winners will be announced live at the event.

Participating homebuilders in the festival include Architerra Homes LLC, of Coeur d’Alene; D.R. Horton Inc., of Arlington, Texas; Gordon Finch Homes Inc., of Spokane Valley; Home Boys Inc., doing business as The Home Boys, of Spokane Valley; and Edge Homes NW Inc., of Worley, Idaho.

Others include Paras Homes LLC, of Spokane; Wren Building Co. LLC, of Spokane; Hug Services Inc., doing business as Hug Construction, of Spokane Valley; Grit & Timber Properties Inc., of Spokane Valley; Greenstone Corp., of Liberty Lake; Lennar Corp., of Miami; Nolun Designs LLC, of Spokane; Hayden Homes LLC, of Redmond, Oregon; Camden Homes Inc., of Spokane Valley; and Bernhill Homes LLC, of Spokane.
