Construction is underway at the Adams Elementary School property, at 2909 E. 37th, on Spokane's South Hill. Construction crews with Spokane-based contractor Garco Construction Inc. are installing structural steel beams, framing and installing exterior insulation, pouring ground level and elevated concrete slabs, and building sewer and water utility connections, says Project Manager Daniel Bennett, of Garco.
