Four Inland Northwest-based businesses have made Inc. business magazine’s annual list of the 5,000 fastest-growing companies in the country.

Leading the Inland Northwest group is Spokane Valley immigration law firm Quiroga Law PLLC, which provides personalized immigration and naturalization legal services to individuals and families. Quiroga Law ranked No. 1,735, up from 2,693 the year before. Quiroga’s revenue grew by 201% from 2022 to 2025. The firm has made the list six times: in 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2020, and 2019.

Ranked at No. 3,640 is Spokane Valley-based Elevated Estate Planning PS, formerly Moulton Law Offices PS. The estate planning firm’s revenue grew by 74% over three years. This marks the second consecutive year the firm has made the list; last year it placed No. 3,445.

“I’m very proud of the firm,” says Matthew Luedke, Elevated Estate Planning owner and managing attorney. “This is the second year in a row we have made the list and are No. 2 in the Spokane region, which is incredible considering our primary product is helping families deal with two things people generally hate to talk about — death and taxes.”

Spokane-based Spiceology Inc. made the list ranked at No. 3,775 with 70% revenue growth since 2022. The spice company has made the list six times, between 2019 and 2024.

Spokane-based pathology-tech company Gestalt Diagnostics Inc. is on the list for the second time in the company’s history, ranked No. 3,879, down slightly from No. 3,835 in 2023. Gestalt’s revenue has grown 65% over three years.

The New York-based magazine ranks companies based on their revenue growth over the last three years. Businesses on this year's list are ranked by their percentage revenue growth from 2022 to 2025. To qualify, organizations must be privately held, for-profit, and independent companies based in the U.S. Additionally, to be considered for the list, companies are required to pay a nonrefundable processing fee.
