The Journal of Business is proud to present the 2026 class of Rising Stars, recognizing 10 individuals as emerging leaders in their respective industries. These honorees, who work in a diverse sector of fields, are expected to go on to make a lasting impact in the Inland Northwest. The 2026 cohort includes entrepreneurs and professionals in education, legal services, manufacturing, technology, real estate, healthcare, design, and retail.

Consideration for Rising Stars recognition requires young professionals to be under 40 years old and work in the Spokane-Coeur d'Alene area. Selecting honorees from this year's list of 30 impressive candidates involved extensive deliberation and collaboration from the newsroom.
