Cor Counseling & Wellness LLC, of Spokane, has leased 1,900 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 9631 N. Nevada, where it plans to open a second office in January. The mental health care provider has nine full-time therapists and is looking to have six at its new office. Craig Soehren and Erik Nelson, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction. Cor Counseling’s other office is located at 316 W. Boone.

Short Road DP LLC, of Spokane, has purchased the 7,200-square-foot office building at 168 S. Division as an investment. Mark McLees, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Global Neighborhood thrift store has leased 22,700 square feet of retail space in a multitenant facility at 919 E. Trent, where it will move its retail and warehouse operations from smaller quarters at 902 W. Indiana. Stephen Barbieri, of Goodale Barbieri Co., and Mark McLees, of NAI Black, handled the transaction. 

Spokane Valley-based financial advisory service company Herbst Wealth Management has leased 900 square feet of office space at 12213 E. Broadway, where it’s moving from a home base. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Real estate holding company RLS-Idaho LLC, of Washougal, Wash., has purchased as an investment a 27,000-square-foot manufacturing building at 3797 E. Primrose Lane, in Post Falls. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, and Travis Rawlings, formerly of Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty, and now with Veritas Partners LLC, handled the transaction.

Coeur d’Alene lingerie and apparel company Lush Intimate Apparel LLC has leased 1,300 square feet of retail space in a multitenant building at 1111 E. Sherman, in Coeur d’Alene, where it plans to move from smaller quarters at 206 E. Indiana. Chris Schreiber, of Kiemle Hagood, and Benjamin Widmyer, of Widmyer Corp., handled the transaction.
