MassMutual Northwest has leased 3,350 square feet of space in the Hutton Building, at 9 S. Washington, where the company moved from larger quarters at 501 N. Riverpoint Blvd. Justin Folkins, of RenCorp Realty LLC, and Cody George, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction. 

Sandy, Utah-based Miller Family Real Estate, a real estate holding company for the Larry H. Miller Group of Cos. auto dealership chain, has purchased the 0.16-acre parcel at 1217 W. Third, to expand lot space for its downtown Spokane dealerships. Greg Meager and Justin Folkins, both of RenCorp Realty LLC, handled the transaction.

Puyallup, Wash.-based car and truck dealer Northwest Motorsport Inc. has leased a 34,700-square-foot building at 12606 E. Sprague, where it has opened a Spokane-area dealership. Larry Kloetsch, of RSVP Real Estate Group Inc., represented the tenant, and Chris Bell, of NAI Black, represented the landlord, Douglass Properties. 

Spokane-based real estate holding company Indiana Apartments LLC has purchased as an investment a two-building, 21-unit apartment complex at 606 and 614 E. Indiana from Fahlgren Investments LLC. Jay Overholser, of SDS Realty Inc., and Carl Guenzel, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Deer Park-based real estate holding company FoundSomething LLC has purchased the two-story, 3,600-square-foot office building at 29 W. Pacific from Spokane-based Duquesne Building LLC. The company bought the building on behalf of Spokane-based marketing research group Strategic Research Associates LLC, which plans to move there next year from smaller quarters at 25 W. Cataldo. Cody George, of Kiemle Hagood, and Mark McLees, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Priest River, Idaho-based EMT & Fire Training Inc. and National Exams, which offer online emergency medical services education and test preparation for several programs, respectively, have leased 450 square feet of space in a multitenant building for a shared office at 3365 E. Quad Park Court, Post Falls. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
