Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Axtell Law Office PLLC has purchased 960 square feet of office space in the Flour Mill building, at 621 W. Mallon. The Spokane law practice plans to move to suite 608 from larger quarters elsewhere in the Flour Mill. Ron Horton and Colin Conway, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

 

ODB Spokane LLC, the real estate arm of Bellevue, Wash.-based heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system distributor Air Reps LLC, has purchased 6,700 square feet of office space at 1710 N. Calispel. Air Reps LLC plans to move its Spokane facility to that location in a few months from smaller quarters at 3830 E. Trent. Tim Kestell and Jim Quigley, both of Kiemle Hagood, and Darren Slackman, of NAI Black, handled the transaction. 

 

Quad Park Office Suites LLC has purchased as an investment the 4,800-square-foot Quad Park office suites at 3365 E. Quad Park Court, in Post Falls, from Coeur d’Alene-based Quad Park LLC. Craig Hunter, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

 

Post Falls-based investment company St. Patrick Properties LLC has purchased a 3,300-square-foot former Inland Northwest Bank branch building at 1729 E. Seltice Way, in Post Falls. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, and Chris Bell, of NAI Black, handled the transaction. 

 

Spokane-based Heath Family (WA) LLC, which does business as JNJ Lake Properties, has purchased a 2,400-square-foot retail building formerly occupied by a Pizza Hut restaurant, at 227 W. Third, as an investment. Tim Kestell and Jim Quigley, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

 

Spokane-based real estate investment company Antava LLC, owned by Spokane attorneys Jodi and Michael Felice, has purchased a 2,100-square-foot office building at 207 W. Nora. The Felices’ law firm, J|M Felice Legal PLLC, has moved into that space from smaller quarters in the Flour Mill, at 621 W. Mallon. Craig Soehren, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

 

Affordable Auto Rental & Sales LLC has leased about 1,800 square feet of retail space at 7918 and 8006 E. Sprague from Centrac Inc., where the company has moved from 1809 E. Mission. Tim Kestell, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

 

Intrinium Inc., an information technology and security company, has leased 6,800 square feet of office space from the Spokane Conservation District at 4418 E. Eighth, where it has moved from a slightly larger facility at 105 W. Third. Tim Kestell and Craig Soehren, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
