AllianceTel Washington LLC, a MetroPCS cell phone service dealer with principals based in Texas and California, is expanding in the Spokane market with two recent retail-space leases here, says Colin Conway, a commercial real estate broker with Spokane-based Kiemle & Hagood Co.
AllianceTel’s new MetroPCS retail outlets will occupy 1,500 square feet of space in a multitenant retail building at 914 E. Mission, in the University District, and 2,500 square feet of space in the East Town Shopping Center, at 4202 E. Sprague, in east Spokane, Conway says.
Conway and Casey Brazil negotiated the lease on the Mission Avenue space, and Conway and Lou Nesser handled the East Town lease. Brazil and Nesser also are Kiemle & Hagood brokers.
Conway says Spokane Valley-based Telecell Spokane Inc., another MetroPCS dealer, also is expanding in the Spokane market. As the leasing agent representing MetroPCS, he says he’s working with both dealers to secure locations.
Richardson, Texas-based MetroPCS is the prepaid-wireless arm of Bellevue-based T-Mobile US Inc.
