Inland Property Management starts up in Spokane Valley

Inland enters residential landlord-tenant market

August 25, 2016
Mike McLean

Property management veterans Judy Sullivan and Stuart Fox have formed Inland Property Management LLC, which focuses on managing residential rental properties.

The company provides landlord services for owners of income properties and helps tenants select appropriate rental spaces, Sullivan says.

Inland Property Management’s offices are located at 12815 E. Sprague, in the Associated Credit Services building.

Fox is the managing principal, and Sullivan will handle the books and act as the property manager for the company as it gets off the ground, she says.

“A good property manager can handle 100 properties by herself,” she asserts.

Sullivan says she and Fox are personal friends as well as professional colleagues.

“Stuart and I work great together,” she says.

Sullivan asserts she understands through experience the concerns that property owners have when working with new tenants.

“I’ve been doing property management for 15 years, and Stuart has been doing it longer,” she says.

Fox, who also is a longtime real estate investor, has bought and sold more than 1,000 properties in six different states, Sullivan claims.

While the company doesn’t have any other office employees, Sullivan says that Fox plans to hire repair crews as needed to fix and maintain properties.

“He’s big in the repair department, which is huge in property management,” Sullivan says.

That benefits both the tenants and property owners, she says.

“We make sure homes stay in as good of shape as they are when they come to us,” she says.

Inland Property Management already has a waiting list of prospective tenants, Sullivan says.
