Coeur d'Alene Re/Max broker opens Spokane-area office

Satellite location to serve 11 Washington agents

March 24, 2016

Re/Max Infinity Group, the Coeur d’Alene-based franchise of Denver-based Re/Max International Inc., has opened a real estate office in Spokane, says Colleen Kelley, the franchise owner.

The office occupies 900 square feet of space in the Latah Creek Plaza, at 4241 S. Cheney Road.

Kelley says the new location will serve as a satellite office for Re/Max Infinity Group’s 11 Washington-based agents.

Re/Max Infinity Group, which handles residential, luxury, and commercial real estate, has 30 agents total, she says. It opened its Coeur d’Alene office in 2013, at 2086 N. Main, in the Riverstone urban village development, returning the Re/Max brand to Coeur d’Alene after a four-year absence.

Two other Re/Max franchises, Re/Max of Spokane and Re/Max Inland Empire, are based in the Spokane area.

Commercial real estate brokers Casey Brazil, of Spokane-based Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Chris Bell, of NAI Black, also of Spokane, negotiated the Latah Creek Plaza lease.

Retail

EVT Inc., which does business as Sublime Vapor, a Spokane e-cigarette and accessories retailer, has leased 1,300 square feet of space in the Sullivan Town Center, at 328 N. Sullivan Road, for its third Spokane-area store. Colin Conway and Chad Carper, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Chris Siemens, of Windermere Real Estate/City Group LLC, handled the transaction. Sublime Vapor’s other shops are at 327 W. Third and at 420 E. Holland.

Salon Studios Northwest Inc., which does business as an Inland Northwest franchisee of Denver-based Sola Salon Studios, has leased 6,700 square feet of space in the Manito Shopping Center, at 802 E. 29th, for a new beauty salon. Colin Conway and Chad Carper, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Jeff McGougan, of NAI Black, negotiated the lease.

Smart Smoke Inc., a Spokane e-cigarette and accessories retailer and distributor, has leased 6,200 square feet of space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan Road. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.

Manufacturing

Everlasting Scents LLC, a new maker of pet products, has leased 4,000 square feet of space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan Road. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.
