Conway and Erik Nelson, also of Kiemle & Hagood, negotiated the lease.

A Coram representative couldn’t be reached for comment.

Meantime, the building’s owner, Kogap Enterprises Inc., of Medford, Ore., has obtained a building permit to make tenant improvements valued at $500,000 at the site, information on file with the city of Spokane Valley shows.

Baker Construction & Development Inc., of Spokane, is listed as the contractor on the project, which will include some interior demolition and construction of new partitions, building permit information shows.
