Re/Max franchise sets up agency office in Riverstone

Widely known brand returns to Cd'A market after four-year absence

November 21, 2013

Re/Max Infinity Group, the Coeur d'Alene franchise of Denver-based Re/Max International Inc., has opened a real estate office in the Riverstone mixed-use development.

The agency occupies 3,500 square feet of floor space at 2086 N. Main St., across from J Miller Salon, in the Village at Riverstone.

Managing broker Peggy Sawicki and co-owners Colleen Kelley and Kate Bowen head the agency.

Re/Max Infinity has 14 real estate agents and expects that number to grow to 25 within the next 12 months, says Sawicki. The agency specializes in residential, luxury, and commercial real estate, she says.

Sawicki claims Re/Max Infinity returns the widely recognized Re/Max brand to Coeur d'Alene after a several-year absence. Idaho Secretary of State records show a former Coeur d'Alene franchise stopped doing business as Re/Max Real Estate Professionals in 2009.

Retail & Service

Charming LuLu LLC, a new sewing and fabric retailer, has leased 3,900 square feet of floor space in the Mullan Center, at 1300 N. Mullan. Mike King and Kevin Guthrie, both of NAI Black, and Rich Crisler, of Century 21 Beutler & Associates, handled the transaction.

Patti Usselman Hair Co., a new Spokane hair Salon, has leased 1,100 square feet of floor space in a retail center at 14 E. Mission. Mike King, of NAI Black, and Sean Kiewert, of Windermere North Spokane LLC, handled the transaction.

Industrial & Commercial

Absolute Drug Testing LLC, a Coeur d'Alene-based lab, has leased 1,000 square feet of office space in the Milltown Center, at 306 N. Spokane Street, in Post Falls and plans to move its Post Falls office there from smaller quarters at 601 E. Seltice. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Broadway Splicing & Supply, a contractor and industrial product supplier, has leased 20,000 square feet of space at 5510 E. Broadway and has moved there from larger quarters at 4001 E. Broadway. Don Huddleston, of Village Square Realty Inc., handled the transaction.
