Wags to Riches LLC, a dog and pet grooming business, has leased 700 square feet of space at 9406 E. Sprague. Mike King, of NAI Black, handled the lease.



Trinity Group Homes Inc., a Coeur d'Alene-based provider of housing and supportive services for people with mental illnesses, has leased 500 square feet of office space in the Sandalwood Business Center, at 2115 E. Sherman, in Coeur d'Alene, and has moved its offices there from 1601 E. Gilbert. Craig Hunter and Robert Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the lease.



Charisma Hair & Styling Salon LLC, a new hair salon, has leased 300 square feet of space at 1727 E. Francis. James S. Black III and Don Jamieson, both of NAI Black, handled the lease.

Soulful Hands, a massage therapy provider, has leased 350 square feet of space at 2312 N. Cherry and plans to move there from smaller space inside Salon Retro, at 14201 E. Sprague. Rob Tyson and Snookie Anderson, both of Stonemark Real Estate Co., handled the lease.



John Popp Messianic Fellowship, a religious organization chartered with the United Messianic Jewish Assembly, has leased 3,100 square feet of space for its ministry in the Milltown Center, at 305 N. Spokane, in Post Falls. Craig Hunter and Robert Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the lease.



McDonald MHP LLC, of Spokane, has bought as an investment the 3-acre East Trent Mobile Home Park, at 4104 N. McDonald. Jim Orcutt and James S. Black III, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
