Opportunity Medical PLLC, a medical practice group, has leased 3,700 square feet of office space in the River View Corporate Center, at 16201 E. Indiana, and has moved there from smaller quarters at 1414 N. Vercler. Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Brian Olmstead, a massage therapist, has leased 975 square feet of office space at 205 W. Indiana and plans to move there in from 1609 W. Garland. Cody George, Casey Brazil, and Erik Nelson, all of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Efficient Manufacturing, a Spokane machine shop, has leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 4020 E. Main and has moved there from a garage-based operation. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, and Bill Sleeth, of W.R. Sleeth Realty, handled the transaction.



Mommy & Me, a clothing consignment shop, has leased 1,600 square feet of retail space in St. John's Square, at 1314 S. Grand Blvd. James S. Black III, Chris Bell, and Don Jamieson, all of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Patrick Kaufmehl, of Spokane, has bought as an investment a single-story building with 22,000 square feet of retail space at 103 E. Lincoln. Earl Engle and Stephen Pohl, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Miller Paint Co., a Portland-based paint-store chain, has leased 6,000 square feet of space for a new outlet at 245 W. Appleway, in Coeur d'Alene. Chris Bell, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



EJ's Dollar Store & More has leased 1,650 square feet of retail space at 6600 Commercial Park Ave., in Rathdrum. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Commercial Realty, handled the transaction.
