Forever Fit, a new Spokane Valley personal-training concern, has leased 1,100 square feet of floor space in Pines Town Square, at 1509 N. Pines. Mike King, of NAI Black, and Colin Conway, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



The Spokane Waldorf Education Association, a nonprofit that's forming Windsong School, has leased 3,700 square feet of floor space at 4225 W. Fremont, on the Mukogawa Fort George Wright Institute campus. Earl Engle, of NAI Black, and Jim Slavin Jr., of SDS Realty Inc., handled the transaction.



Wonderland Studio, a Sandpoint, Idaho, photography studio and custom-framing shop, has leased 1,500 square feet of space at 229 Pine, in Sandpoint, and has moved there from the Bonner Mall, at 200 Bonner Mall Way, in Ponderay, Idaho. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Commercial Realty, handled the transaction.

Adele Group Inc., a new Spokane Valley cabinet and countertop retailer doing business as Adele Kitchen & Bath, has leased 6,400 square feet of space at 6511 E. Sprague. Jim Orcutt, of NAI Black, and Mark Lucas, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Rubenstein's Contract Carpet LLC, a Seattle-based commercial flooring company, has leased 4,700 square feet of space at 11303 E. Montgomery and has moved its Spokane-area office there from leased space at 3200 E. Trent. Jim Orcutt, of NAI Black, and Jim Bonuccelli, of Village Square Realty Inc., handled the transaction.



JRS Investments LLC, a new golf-product retailer and distributor doing business as The Golfmen, has leased 4,000 square feet of space at the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.



K&K Peterson Inc., doing business as Perala's Hair Design, has leased 1,300 square feet of space at 12926 E. Indiana, and has moved there from 820 S. Harmony. Dan Cantu, of Cantu Commercial Properties LLC, handled the transaction.



Albeto LLC, a new Spokane metal fabricator, has bought 7,300 square feet of industrial space at 711 N. Superior. Jim Orcutt, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



South Hill Acupuncture, has leased 1,200 square feet of medical-office space at 3418 S. Grand Blvd. and has moved there from leased quarters at 3324 S. Grand. Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, handled the lease.



MartinelliMick PLLC, a Spokane accounting firm, has leased 2,700 square feet of office space on the seventh level of Rock Pointe Tower, at 316 W. Boone, and has moved there from leased quarters at 601 W. Riverside. Jon Jeffreys and Jeff McGougan, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Purpose Financial Advisors LLC, a Spokane-based financial services firm, has leased 618 square feet of office space in the Fidelity Building, at 522 W. Riverside, and has moved there from leased space at 159 S. Lincoln. John Jeffreys, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
