Schweitzer Vision Center, a Spokane Valley optometry practice formerly doing business as John F. Schweitzer OD & Associates, has leased 1,500 square feet of space at 20 N. Evergreen and has moved there from smaller quarters at 14700 E. Indiana. Mike King, of NAI Black, and Vic Overholser, of SDS Realty Inc., handled the transaction.



Winkler Subway LLC, has leased 1,700 square feet of floor space at 905 S. Grand that formerly was occupied by a Quiznos restaurant, and has opened a Subway sandwich shop there. Colin Conway and Chris Bell, both of NAI Black, and Jeff Ottmar, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the transaction.



Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, an Appleton, Wis.-based nonprofit financial services organization, has leased 1,000 square feet of office space at 133 E. Poplar, in Coeur d'Alene, and has moved there from leased space at 1621 N. Third. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Whitewater Creek Inc., of Hayden, Idaho, has bought 4.7 acres of land at 3319 and 3323 E. 55th Avenue, where it plans to develop a 120-unit apartment complex. Chris Bell, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Cancer Care Northwest Investment Group LLC has bought 4.8 acres of vacant land at 1204 N. Vercler. It plans to build a 20,000-square-foot Cancer Care Northwest Valley Center there and move its Spokane Valley clinic there next fall from smaller, leased quarters at 12615 E. Mission. Jon Jeffreys and Jeff McGougan, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Peck Trucking & Landscaping, doing business as Peck Landscape Supplies, has bought an 8,200-square-foot building at 46821 S. U.S. 95, in Sagle, Idaho, and plans to move there from smaller, leased quarters, at 28 Shop Road. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Gretchen's Hair Studio, a Spokane Valley salon, has bought a retail structure with 1,600 square feet of floor space at 12415 E. First and plans to move there from leased space at 1439 N. Argonne. Mike King, of NAI Black, and Don Church, of Coldwell Banker Northwest Group, handled the transaction.
