Sleep City, a Missoula, Mont.-based mattress retail chain, has leased 4,000 square feet of retail space at 148 Bosanko, in Coeur d'Alene, for a new outlet. Chad Carper, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



All States Drywall, a new drywall installation concern, has leased 1,600 square feet of floor space at 1821 W. 5th. Erik Nelson, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Apela Violins & Guitars, a Spokane Valley musical instrument sales, repair, and instruction concern, has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Opportunity Plaza, at 12623 E. Sprague, and has moved there from similarly sized leased quarters at 12012 E. Sprague. Michael Mathis, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Kevin Maher, of PacWest Services Inc., handled the transaction.



Beavex Inc., an Atlanta-based same-day transport and delivery service, has leased 3,310 square feet of floor space in the North Valley Business Park, at 11303 E. Montgomery, and has moved there from 523 N. Ella. Jim Bonuccelli, of Village Square Realty, and Earl Engle, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Fringe Salon & Boutique LLC, a Spokane hair salon and retail outlet, has leased 1,575 square feet of additional space where it has expanded at 2630 E. 29th Ave, in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood. James S. Black III, Chris Bell, and Jon Jeffreys, all of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



New Moon Family Wellness Center, a holistic health-care concern, has bought a two-story, 2,000-square-foot building at 906 S. Cowley and has moved there from smaller quarters, at 3418 S. Grand Blvd. Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Studio Capelli Salon, a Spokane beauty salon, has leased 1,280 square feet of space in the Crescent Court, at 707 W. Main, and has moved there from smaller quarters at 154 S. Madison. Jon Jeffreys, of NAI black, and Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.



RANDL Industries Inc., a Spokane Valley maker of sheet-metal components for electrical boxes, has leased 6,000 square feet of floor space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan, and has moved there from smaller quarters at 9618 E. First. Dean Stuart, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.



Lakeside Market LLC, a new convenience store, has bought a 5,000-square-foot commercial building formerly occupied by American Eagle Kitchens & More, at 1311 E. Sherman Ave., in Coeur d'Alene. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Clifford and Sandra Helm, of Deer Park, Wash., have bought as an investment an 8,600-square-foot office building occupied by Gentiva Health Services Inc., at 1908 N. Dale Lane, in Spokane Valley. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
