Whitefish, Mont.-based McKenzie River Pizza Co. restaurant chain has leased a 5,800-square-foot restaurant pad site at 9225 N. Nevada and plans to open an outlet this spring in a building currently under construction. Cory Barbieri, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., handled the transaction.



Giggling Guest Childcare Inc., a Cheney-based chain of day-care centers, has leased 7,000 square feet of floor space at 613 Ridley Village Road, in Sandpoint, Idaho, for a new location. Chris Schreiber, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction. Giggling Guest also operates one day-care center in Cheney and two in Spokane.



Appliance Recycling & Wholesale Inc., a household appliance-repair concern, has leased 7,200 square feet of space at 3405 E. Sprague and has moved from 3515 E. Wellesley, which is part of the North Spokane Corridor right of way. Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Pete Thompson, of Stonemark Real Estate Co., handled the transaction. Appliance Recycling also operates a sales outlet at 1007 E. Marietta.



Zome Design LLC, an apparel screen-printing and embroidery company, has leased 8,000 square feet of floor space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan, and has moved its production operations there from smaller quarters at 1821 W. Fifth. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty, and Erik Nelson, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the lease.



Dr. Jay Enzler and Dr. Kirk Fuhriman, Spokane-area dentists who operate Children's Dental Village Inc., have bought a half-acre lot at 2704 S. Ray, where they plan to develop a medical building sometime in the future. Earl Engle, of NAI Black, handled the transaction. The dental practice has offices at 9302 N. Colton on the North Side, and 420 N. Evergreen, in Spokane Valley.
