Anything Wireless, a Sprint cell phone service and products dealer, has leased 1,600 square feet of retail space for a new outlet in the Heritage Village shopping center, at 9327 N. Newport Highway. Colin Conway and Chris Siemens, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Silver Lake Dental has leased 2,800 square feet of space in the Professional Plaza, at 2201 Government Way, in Coeur d'Alene, and has moved there from leased space at 6176 N. Government Way, in Dalton Gardens. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



North Idaho AIDS Coalition, a Coeur d'Alene-based nonprofit, has leased 950 square feet of office space in the Professional Plaza, at 2201 Government Way, in Coeur d'Alene, and has moved there from leased space at 410 Sherman. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Betty Vicena Counseling, a counseling practice, has leased 370 square feet of floor space on the seventh floor of the Paulsen Center, at 421 W. Riverside, and has moved there from leased space in the Rock Pointe Corporate Center, at 316 W. Boone. Susan Lane, of NAI Black, and Lisa Dowers, of West & Wheeler LLC, handled the transactions.



Just Ask George LLC, of Spokane, has bought as investment properties a 4,600-square-foot building at 1821 N. Hamilton and a 4,900-square-foot building at 6405 E. Sprague, both of which are leased by Billings, Mont.-based Tire-Rama. Guy D. Byrd, Jeff Ottmar, and Matthew Byrd, all of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the transactions.



Dave Black Properties LLP, of Spokane, has bought 10 acres of land at 4915 S. Regal as an investment for future retail development. Mark McLees, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Milestones Pediatric Therapy Services PLLC, an outpatient therapy practice for young patients, has leased 3,500 square feet of office space at 1206 N. Lincoln and plans to move there from smaller quarters at 1403 S. Grand Blvd. Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, and Cory Barbieri, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., handled the transaction.
