DNG Designs Ltd., a graphics design firm, has leased 2,400 square feet of floor space at 3896 Schreiber Way, in Coeur d'Alene, and has moved there a from larger space at 3635 Covington, in Post Falls. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the lease.



OMS Inc., a Spokane architectural firm, has leased 1,500 square feet of office space in the Metropole building, at 176 S. Howard, and has moved there from a larger space at 319 W. Eighth. Mark McLees, of NAI Black, and David Dowers, of Dowers Commercial Real Estate Group Inc., handled the transaction.



Jo Hee Lee, doing business as Asian Bistro, has leased 3,400 square feet of floor space in the Northgate Shopping Center, at 7458 N. Division, for a new restaurant. Jim Orcutt and David Wright, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Guthrie Chiropractic PLLC, doing business as HealthSource of Spokane, has leased 1,550 square feet of floor space at 524 W. Indiana and has moved there from smaller quarters at 4703 N. Maple. Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, and Dan Cantu, of Cantu Commercial Properties LLC, handled the transaction.



Inked Envy, a new tattoo and body-piercing shop, has leased 1,000 square feet of floor space in the Gibbs Center, at 1410 Northwest Boulevard, in Coeur d'Alene. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Studio Pilates & Physical Therapy has leased 900 square feet of floor space in the Ben Burr Building, at 5915 S. Regal, and has moved there from leased space at 315 W. Ninth. Mark McLees, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Sticker Shock Signs Inc., a sign and vinyl graphic maker, has bought a 5,200 square-foot-building that it had leased at 4023 E. Sprague. Mark McLees, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
