Choice Holdings LLC, of Spokane, has bought a 6,840-square-foot building, formerly the Kendall Yards business office, at 110 N. Post, as an investment. Erik Nelson and Carl Guenzel, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.
Chris Regel Insurance Agency Inc., of Spokane Valley, has leased 1,200 square feet of space at 16114 E. Indiana and plans to move there from smaller leased quarters at 328 N. Sullivan. James S. Black III, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
Denver-based W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital Corp. has leased 2,000 square feet of office space in the Argonne West office complex, at 1101 N. Argonne, in Spokane Valley, and has moved its Spokane office there from smaller leased quarters in the Rock Pointe Corporate Center, at 1212 N. Washington. Marc Mowrer, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.
Empowering Inc., a Spokane social services provider, has leased 4,000 square feet of office space at 1212 W. Sharp and plans to move there from leased similarly sized space at 124 E. Augusta. Don Jamieson, of NAI Black, and Tom Watson, of Re/Max of Spokane, handled the transaction.
Edward D. Jones & Co., the St. Louis, Mo.-based investment firm, has leased 1,160 square feet of space for a new branch in the Ironwood Center, at 7407 N. Division. Scott Person, of NAI Black, and Chad Carper, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.
Digital Scanning & Imaging Inc., a Spokane document scanning and management service, has leased 3,300 square feet of commercial space at 1101 N. Fancher and plans to move there in May from 2627 E. Trent. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.
