Smoking Monkey Pizza, an award-winning restaurant founded in Renton, Washington, has expanded to the Inland Northwest with the opening of its third location — this one across from The Davenport Hotel.

L.B. Stone Properties Group’s luxury high-rise condominium project overlooking the Spokane River, Spokane Falls Tower, is advancing skyward and could be completed by Q3 2026.

Bonner Mall, a 195,800-square-foot enclosed shopping center in Ponderay, Idaho, just north of Sandpoint, has been acquired by Bonner Mall LLC, an investor group led by Dave Black and Chris Bell, of Spokane-based NAI Black.

Spokane County is in the planning stages of an estimated $15.7 million expansion of its existing Spokane Regional Stabilization Center. 

Earlier this month, developers broke ground on the Midway Market and Fuel Station — a prelude to the Village at Midway, a $200 million project slated to bring hundreds of luxury apartments, restaurants, and community spaces to North Spokane.
