A $25 million single-family housing development called Tangle Ridge Estates is planned just southeast of the Eagle Ridge development, in the Latah Valley area of southwest Spokane.

The number of single-family homes and condominiums sold through the Spokane Multiple Listing Service fell 5% in 2019 compared with the previous year, says Rob Higgins, executive vice president of the Spokane Association of Realtors.

Spokane-based landscape architecture company Place Landscape Architecture LLC, which does business as Place LA, is expanding to the Tri-Cities with its recent merger with Sage Design Group PLLC, of Kennewick, Washington, says Place LA owner Joshua Tripp.

Liberty Lake-based Greenstone Corp. has its sights set on its next two Kendall Yards developments with plans for two new mixed-used buildings on Summit Parkway.

Collins Aerospace is planning a three-building expansion to its existing facilities at 11135 W. Westbow Lane in the West Plains. A representative of the organization declined to comment on the expansion.
