Numerous national companies have set up shop or expressed interest in expanding to Liberty Lake along the south side of the freeway in 2024.

DOMA Coffee Roasting Co. is opening a retail coffee shop amid the Toll Brothers Waterfront Development in Post Falls. The cafe will serve as a platform that displays the company's offerings and sets itself apart with seasonal brews. 

Dry Fly Distilling has sold a majority stake of the spirits company to Napa Valley, California-based winemaker, Caymus Vineyards. 

A Topgolf venue is being considered in Liberty Lake, along Country Vista Drive just south of Interstate 90.

Spokane Valley-based Waterglider LLC, which originally was an online seller of mediation pillows, now makes and sells more than 250 distinct products.

Development is underway on a $20 million retail center in Post Falls, dubbed North Point Plaza, which will be anchored by a 16,000-square-foot Grocery Outlet store.
