We have focused on expanding our client base of generational families that own commercial real estate. We have grown geographically with a higher volume of business being completed outside of Eastern Washington and North Idaho. Our brokers are now completing transactions in Western Washington, Western Montana and Southern Idaho. We have also focused on training, growing, and promoting the next generation of leadership in our company.

What are your expectations for growth in the coming years?

We have some amazing opportunities for growth in the coming year. Recruiting new brokers, expanding into new market areas, and adapting and adopting cutting edge technologies are allowing us to dream, plan, and scale into the next chapter that's in store for NAI Black.

Has the organization overcome any obstacles in the past year? If so, what are they are how did you do it?

Over the past year, we successfully navigated the increasing presence of national real estate firms entering our market. We maintained our competitive edge by leveraging our deep local expertise, long-standing relationships, and extensive market connections. Our commitment to personalized service and unparalleled local knowledge continues to set us apart, reinforcing our reputation as the go-to real estate firm in the region.
