Revival Tea Co. has named Mitch Williams as its head of growth.

“(Williams) will be leading efforts across wholesale, grocery, food service, e-commerce, and retail—helping to expand our national footprint, scale new revenue channels, and sharpen our operational foundation as we accelerate into our next stage of growth,” says Andrew Henry, founder and CEO of the Spokane-based company, in an email.

Prior to joining Revival Tea, Williams co-founded Inland Film Co., a commercial film production company based in Liberty Lake.

“His entrepreneurial background, creative leadership, and experience scaling companies make him a key addition as we prepare for major expansion,” Henry says, adding that Williams personally invested in Revival Tea as part of its current fundraising round.

Last year, Henry told the Journal that he envisions Revival Tea “becoming the Starbucks of Tea.”

Over the next decade, Henry plans to open 50 franchise locations, each projected to generate $1.5 million in annual revenue.

The company’s flagship location, Revival Tea Company Tasting Room, is located on the basement level at 415 W. Main, in downtown Spokane. Its second location, the Phoenix Cafe, is located directly upstairs at the same address.

Revival Tea’s third location is in downtown Coeur d’Alene, at 201 N. First.

A fourth location is under development in the Arizona market that is expected to open in 2026. That store is expected to function as a model for future expansion.
