Victory Media merges with Inland Film Co.

Deal to enhance marketing capabilities with modern cinematic approach

May 8, 2025

Spokane Valley-based marketing agency Victory Media has expanded its marketing capabilities through an April merger with Liberty Lake-based Inland Film Co. LLC.

The merger is expected to enhance Victory Media's ability to deliver marketing campaigns across media, design, and film production, according to a Victory Media press release.

Representatives of Victory Media couldn't immediately be reached for comment.

Sam McGhee, the former director of photography, producer, and co-founder of Inland Film Co., is joining Victory Media as director of production, where McGhee will be responsible to lead a production team and to integrate Inland Film's cinematic expertise with Victory Media's marketing strategies.

Inland Film's second co-founder Mitch Williams has joined Spokane-based Revival Tea Co., as head of growth, as previously reported by the Journal.

Mary Patterson, creative director at Victory Media, is slated to continue guiding the design and branding efforts at the company, and she will be responsible for maintaining its reputation for visual and cohesive storytelling.

Victory Media, the trade name of Dayne Kuhlmann LLC, was established in 2017, a year before Inland Film Co. was formed in 2018. The two media companies have had a long working relationship that complemented and elevated the other's creative projects.

"We've worked closely with Inland Film for years, building a deep partnership rooted in trust and shared vision," says Dayne Kuhlmann, CEO of Victory Media. "This merger ... aligns our strengths and opens the door to tackle bigger, more ambitious creative projects."

Victory Media's full-service offerings now include web design, digital advertising, film production, and social media, according to the release.
