Founded in 2020 by serial entrepreneur Fred Brown, Omniscia Health Inc., doing business as Omniscia AI, develops artificial intelligence agents that act as digital representatives for regulated organizations. The AI-powered agents have the capacity to interact with customers, answer questions, and provide guidance, with technological guardrails to maintain oversight within interactions.

Omniscia AI is headquartered in Colbert and works with organizations belonging to the health care, sports, finance, and education sectors. The company aims to double its customer base and annual revenue over the next three years, transitioning from its product development phase to rapid scaling.

Has the organization overcome any obstacles in the past year? Over the past year, navigating the early-stage fundraising market has been our most significant challenge, as liquidity for angel funds and early-stage investors has remained inconsistent across the startup ecosystem.

Despite these headwinds, Omniscia AI successfully raised $1 million from diverse sources and is on track to secure the remaining $1 million to close this funding round within the year.

What future plans does the organization have for innovation? Omniscia AI's future innovation efforts are focused on strengthening trust in artificial intelligence. The company is enhancing its auditing and monitoring capabilities to ensure that AI systems remain accurate, transparent, and accountable. These features create automated monitoring and human-review trails that help organizations track how AI systems are trained and how they interact with users. This approach helps reduce the risk of misinformation or AI "hallucinations" while maintaining consistent and reliable performance.

In what ways does the organization give back to the community? Omniscia AI believes technology should enhance human potential rather than replace it. The company is exploring ways to apply its technology to support digital mentorship and mental wellness initiatives, particularly for athletes navigating the pressures of competitive sports.

More broadly, Omniscia AI is committed to developing ethical, inclusive AI systems designed to benefit society while maintaining a strong focus on responsibility and trust.
