Spokane

Performance Home Medical, a Houston-based medical equipment supplier, has leased 1,800 square feet of office and medical space at Northpointe Medical Center, at 9631 N. Nevada, in Spokane, after moving from elsewhere in Spokane. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Auburn, Washington-based Red-Head Steering Gears Inc., an auto parts store, has leased 6,000 square feet of industrial space at 4104 E. Main, in Spokane, for a new store location. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Houston-based Psychiatry of Texas PLLC, doing business as PsychPlus Associates, a mental health care provider, has leased 1,400 square feet of office space at the Garden Court Building, at 222 W. Mission, in Spokane, for the provider’s new location. Drew Ulrick and Kim Millet, of TOK Commercial, represented the tenant.

Spokane-based Pace, Edward Charles, doing business as Flow: Massage & Fitness, a massage therapy company, has leased 1,100 square feet of office space at Rock Pointe Corporate Center, at 1212 N. Washington, in Spokane, for the business's first location. Drew Ulrick, of TOK Commercial, represented the landlord. Shannon Pottratz, of NAI Black, represented the tenant.

Friends of the Children Eastern Washington, a Spokane-based youth social services nonprofit, has leased a 2,600-square-foot single-tenant office building at 1315 N. Napa, in Spokane, to serve as the organization's clubhouse. Christian Alfaro, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the tenant. Bryan Walker, of NAI Black, represented the landlord.

Spokane-based house painting company Wheat’s Painting LLC has leased 1,800 square feet of warehouse space at 1716 E. Holyoke, in Spokane, after moving from elsewhere in Spokane. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessee.

Spokane-based Dimov LLC, doing business as Elevate Real Estate, a real estate agency, has leased 2,000 square feet of office space at 540 W. Cataldo, in Spokane, for the agency’s first location. Brandon Peterson, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Push + Pull Sport LLC, doing business as Push + Pull Jiu Jitsu, a Spokane-based martial arts school, has leased 3,100 square feet of office and studio space at the Wandermere Village, at 12908 N. Highway 395, in Spokane, for the school’s first location. Chad Carper, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Express Storage LLC, a Puyallup, Washington-based self-storage company, has purchased a 95,100-square-foot storage facility, at 2615 N. Cincinnati, and a 22,300-square-foot storage facility, at 5704 S. Thomas Mallen Road, in Spokane, for two new company locations. Ryan Layton, of American Real Estate Associates Inc., handled the transactions. 

Spokane Valley

Sunbelt Solomon Services LLC, a Temple, Texas-based transformer manufacturer, has leased a 60,000-square-foot industrial building, at 19223 E. Euclid, in Spokane Valley, for the manufacturer’s new location. Doug Byrd and Sharon Reynolds, of Byrd Real Estate Group, and Joe Rambin, of Moody Rambin, handled the transaction. 

Liberty Lake

Chrome Personal Training Centre Inc., a Spokane-based gym, has leased 5,000 square feet of retail space at 21605 Country Vista Drive, in Liberty Lake, for the gym’s second location. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, represented the landlord. Justin Folkins, of RenCorp Realty, represented the tenant. 

North Idaho

Augusta Lawn Care Services of Post Falls LLC, a franchisee of Bellingham, Washington-based lawn care franchise Augusta Lawn Care Corp., has leased 1,500 square feet of office and warehouse space at 4687 W. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, for the franchise’s new location. Craig Hunter, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Anchored Family Practice PLLC, a Coeur d’Alene-based primary care provider, has leased 2,700 square feet of office and medical space at 1221 W. Ironwood Drive, in Coeur d’Alene, for the provider’s first location. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, represented the landlord. Danny Davis, of TOK Commercial, represented the tenant.

DreamLine Custom Cabinetry Inc., a North Highlands, California-based cabinet manufacturer, has leased 3,500 square feet of office and warehouse space at 104 Moyie, in Post Falls, for the manufacturer’s new location. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Spokane-based house painting company Panamera Painting LLC has leased 3,200 square feet of retail space at 3630 Fifth, in Post Falls, for the company’s second location. Craig Hunter and Pat Eberlin, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the landlord. Brennen Crawford, of TOK Commercial, represented the tenant.

Game World Inc., a Spokane Valley-based video game store, has leased 1,100 square feet of retail space at 503 W. Appleway, in Coeur d’Alene, for the store’s fifth location. Drew Ulrick, of TOK Commercial, represented the landlord.

San Diego-based Mor Furniture for Less Inc., a furniture store, has leased 182,000 square feet of retail space at Prairie Shopping Center, at 43 W. Prairie, in Hayden, for the store’s new location. Carl Guenzel and Pat Eberlin, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the lessor. Mark McLees, of NAI Black, represented the lessee.

Post Falls-based Post Falls Physical Therapy LLC, a physical therapy office, has leased 1,900 square feet of office and medical space at 317 S. Beck Road, in Post Falls, for the company's first location. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessee.
