Windermere Liberty Lake to move into larger space

Company hopes to add 25 real estate agents this year

June 7, 2018

Black Pearl Holdings LLC, which does business as Windermere Valley/Liberty Lake real estate brokerage, plans to move its operations from the second floor to larger quarters on the third floor of the multitenant office building at 695 N. Legacy Ridge Drive, in Liberty Lake, says marketing manager Jessica Miller.

Miller says the company’s Liberty Lake office will occupy all 4,000 square feet of the third floor.

Currently, the company’s Liberty Lake office covers 2,500 square feet of office space on the second floor of that facility.

Renovations on the third floor are expected to be completed late this summer or in early fall, at which time the company will move its operations, she says.

Miller says the move is to accommodate the company’s anticipated growth. The company hopes to bring on a total of 25 new agents this year, including the 12 who have already joined the brokerage.

“We really want them to have their own professional, unique office space …” she says.

Miller says the company contains staff with a wide variety of experience levels.

“We have a mix of brand new, never-worked-in-real-estate-before agents and a lot of seasoned, well-known agents in our community that we’re very proud to have onboard here,” she says.

In total, Windermere Valley/Liberty Lake has 65 real estate agents between its two offices.

Of the 12 people that have joined this year, most operate out of the brokerage’s Spokane Valley office, at 16201 E. Indiana.

A few of those agents will move to the Liberty Lake office once renovations are finished, and future hires will operate out of the Liberty Lake space as well, says Miller.

Additionally, the company recently rebranded, including updating all of its logos at its properties, she says.

Windermere Valley/Liberty Lake focuses on residential real estate, especially new construction, but does offer some commercial services.

Although the company works with any price bracket, the Liberty Lake office in particular focuses on listings of homes marketed for more than $500,000. Many of the Liberty Lake office’s real estate agents are licensed in both Idaho and Washington.
