More than 30 years after selling the historic Manito White House, Richard Palmer returns to the South Hill home to complete exterior renovation and restoration work on the property. 

A Liberty Lake-based real estate investment company, The Yan & Zhang, The Gee Apartment LLC, has purchased for $1.1 million the Gee Apartments, a 14-unit multifamily property located at 817 E. Nora, in Spokane's Logan neighborhood.
