HYDAC Technology Corp. is gearing up for the opening of a new $3 million manufacturing facility on the West Plains that will replace a smaller site in western Washington.

Wealth Hospitality Group LLC is proposing the development of a new 25,600-square-foot 168-room dual-brand hotel in Airway Heights.

A 22-room hotel is among the options being considered at 2 E. Main, the three-story downtown Spokane building currently occupied by Pure Northwest and formerly the home of Red Lion Pub.

Infrastructure is in place for the first phase in the Mead Works development, and lots are staked for housing starts.

Over 200 residential units have been built at the Millworx development in Post Falls, and a 151-room hotel is expected to be completed by year-end.
