A new Crosswalk Youth Shelter for Volunteers of America Eastern Washington & North Idaho is nearly complete, at 3024 E. Mission, in Spokane's Chief Garry Park neighborhood.

A local real estate development company is partnering with Diamond Parking Services LLC to convert underused parking lots into residential housing.

Bonner Mall, a 195,800-square-foot enclosed shopping center in Ponderay, Idaho, just north of Sandpoint, has been acquired by Bonner Mall LLC, an investor group led by Dave Black and Chris Bell, of Spokane-based NAI Black.

Spokane County is in the planning stages of an estimated $15.7 million expansion of its existing Spokane Regional Stabilization Center. 

Earlier this month, developers broke ground on the Midway Market and Fuel Station — a prelude to the Village at Midway, a $200 million project slated to bring hundreds of luxury apartments, restaurants, and community spaces to North Spokane.
