After more than 20 years at the Spokane Journal of Business, Editor Linn Parish has accepted a new job at Eastern Washington University.

Certified sommeliers Justine Recor and her mother Cathy Hand plan to open Cellar & Scholar this month at 15412 E. Sprague, in the Sullivan Square Shopping Center.

Little Euro opened this month at 1235 S. Grand, in the building formerly occupied by Lindaman’s Gourmet-to-Go bistro.
